Introduction

Coaching is a process of learning and positive change, involving personal awareness, exploration and development, where two people identify and progress the agenda of one person (aka you).

  • Pep Coaching is Co-Active: You and your coach are equal, active partners in the process, but it’s you who with your coach’s help, set the agenda, what the coaching is going to be about, and what you want to get out of it.
  • Pep Coaching is Dynamic: You’re not there to tell stories about stuff that doesn’t matter, and you will give permission, for your coach to make sure the time is used efficiently.
  • Pep Coaching is Flexible: Regular feedback on how the coaching is working, forms a vital part of fine-tuning the coaching style, relationship and focus, so that you get the most out of it.
