Pep People

Rhett Griffiths founded Pep Coaching Ltd in 2011 with the goal of integrating Co-Active Coaching methods with the latest research on Wellbeing, Happiness and Personal Development.

“I left the city to do something more creative and meaningful to me. I’d always been able to read people, had a buoyancy and positive outlook on life, and when an interest in psychology led me to coaching, I found a particular ability, to help others be happier and at their best.

My coaching style is  fun, imaginative and intuitive but also honest, direct and challenging.  With every client, we talk about what style of coaching might get the best out of them and review this regularly during the coaching together.  I look for clients who are ready to embrace positive change, and explore their lives with a spirit of curiosity.”
